About Our Classes:
The Riekes Center Film Department
offers students the fantastic opportunity to
make movies in a fun, challenging
and creative environment. Students learn the entire
process of movie making--from conceptualization and story development
to story boarding and visualizing the project,
to production and shooting the movie, and
finally editing together a polished project.
The students will become familiar with
the video camera and the editing software by using them in guided exercises
and through experimenting with their own
creativity. From this
foundation, we will facilitate the students in
creating the movies they want to see.
