Benchmark (ages 12-13)
- Focus on safety with a carefully structured introduction to resistance training with emphasis on neuromuscular patterning for sports skills, coordination, general flexibility, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.
- Students work with our coaches to set specific goals.
- Students are responsible for learning correct exercise technique and are accountable for following and maintaining their training folder.
