Benchmark (ages 12-13)

Benchmark
  • Focus on safety with a carefully structured introduction to resistance training with emphasis on neuromuscular patterning for sports skills, coordination, general flexibility, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.
  • Students work with our coaches to set specific goals.
  • Students are responsible for learning correct exercise technique and are accountable for following and maintaining their training folder.
